Accountancy & Financial Management Sp.), managing Partner, is an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka as well as graduate from University of Sri Jayewardenepura Sri Lanka, having more than Twenty (20) years of experience in business malmanagement, business process reengineering, Tax & Regulatory Advisory Services of clients from various industries such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Hotels, Health Care, Tourism, trading construction Etc.
He is actively working with the Department of Inland Revenue is a recognized leader in tax strategy. Regulatory compliance and risk management. Leveraging deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset, advise local banks, asset managers and corporate clients on navigating a complex tax landscapes and ever evolving regulatory requirements.
Mr. Nimal Silva (ACA, ACMA CFA.), our Partner, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and associate member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, regular member of CFA institute of USA graduated from the department of finance of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, having more than fifteen (15) years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and tax consultancy services.
He has excelled in Tax Planning, Strategy Implementation, Tax Compliance and Administrative Services. He is also well reputed in tax constancy field and having vast knowledge in tax and Regulations of Sri Lanka including knowledge in international taxation
